CONNOTECH Experts-conseils Inc. also publishes electronically "Arcane Wisdom", a weekly short comment related to cryptography. This is posted to a few Internet newsgroups.
We seldom publish computer programs, in source code or otherwise, even when our research results are supported by an extensive computer programming effort. Exceptions to this rule may occur for "reference implementations" of algorithms.
We put few links to other Internet resources in its web pages.
We try to restrict our pages to HTML version 2. We basically use a word processor program to create documents that we later convert to HTML. Any table or diagram is converted to a black & white image in the .GIF format.
We use internally developed tools that are freely available as shareware. They should be especially attractive to users of WordPerfect for DOS in the OS/2 environment who are interested in Internet publishing.
You may recognize index pages, with short descriptions and many links, from document pages, with the substantive material. Often, the latter will not exploit all the potential of HTML. Instead, we hope that a printed copy of the document pages will be more useful to you.
